This building is home to Forward Living/SoTre Properties and the Forward Breath Wellness Center. It is a commercial space that houses our offices as well as a yoga studio on the first floor, and a residential space with two rental apartments located in the rear of the property. 

The renovations to this property took place in 2018 and were extensive, however, we have restored as much of the historic home as possible, while making the apartments more functional and the commercial space more desirable. 

This building is an excellent example of SoTre Properties goal of attracting both residential and commercial space to the Tremont neighborhood, specifically along the Scranton Rd. corridor.
