The Cat's Meeeeoooow...
Have you been "adopted" by the cat outside?

Here is our call to action to help the kitty population in Tremont! Our friend and neighbor, Sameer Kulkarni, has started taking advantage of the APL Trap-Neuter-Return program to help reduce the number of homeless cats in Tremont.

With this program, the cat is humanly trapped, taken to the APL and provided the following services:
  • Spay or Neuter surgery
  • Ear-Tipping
  • Rabies Vaccination
  • FVRCP Vaccination
  • Topical Flea Treatment (if needed)
  • Tapeworm Injection (if needed)
  • FELV/FIV Snap Test (if needed)
They are then returned  to the same area and effectively hold or defend their territory so more cats can't move in. This in turn stabilizes the area's population and makes for healthier better-off cats.
The cost for all this is just $10 per cat.
SOTRE PROPERTIES WILL PAY HALF THIS FEE!
(a receipt from the APL must be submitted for reimbursement)
Our call to action:
  1. Trap the cat(s) you have been taking care of in your area and take them to the APL - OR
  2. You can contact Sameer and ask him any questions you may have before trapping a cat.
Please see this link for all the details and the contact information for the APL:
http://clevelandapl.org/programs-services-resources/trap-neuter-return-program/

Or please email Sameer at skulk197@gmail.com.

Please don't wait, several cats Sameer has tried to save were already too sick and did not make it.  Let's try to help as many cats as possible before winter.

Making a difference in our community is an ongoing goal at SoTre Properties.  We strive each day to make a positive impact in Tremont.  We are so busy acquiring homes, redeveloping and renting - we know we are making progress.

All of you are part of our team....whether you are renting one of our homes, an investor or a friend. And you know what? WE MISS SEEING YOU!

Let's plan to get together a bit more.  We will take care of the organizing,,,you just need to show up and enjoy!

Please take a minute to take our 5 question survey to help us organize events that are fun for everyone. http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/8GYMSQV.

We look forward to your feedback and I will let you know the results next month!
Thank you!

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.
It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.
It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
